I'm trying to find out the reason for its removal. We removed a lot of tracks over the weekend that were stolen, or contained too much copyrighted material. Can you explain your track? Did you use a lot of copyrighted material in it?

Wade is living in ancient times! Its 2011... this dude needs to learn that sampling is an art form. I think he needs to grow a pair of balls along with the rest of the Newgrounds staff discriminating the artists of NG Hip Hop. Cannot Fking believe it.

Delinquent had some of the most amazing songs on the portal. Seriously NG, wtf is wrong with you.

Also, Wade, if you have ever listened to any of Delinquents songs you will know your 3rd comment is bullshit.

Seriously pissed at the complete lack of progression shown buy NG atm. The audio portal does exist, people do use it, so stop bloody neglecting it.

That's the hip-hop life for you. Big name artists like Kanye or whoever always getting in trouble for making significant use of samples from other ppl's work. It's sad, but it's perhaps one of the reasons that it's become so hard to be an original and stable hip-hop artist.

Honestly never really thought your "Musically Performing Armed Robberies" stance would actually be taken seriously, but apparently it sux that it has now (I could be misinterpreting the phrase as we speak).

Since this is NewGrounds and all, it may have been more comfortable to use samplings from those who actually have their work under a [similar] creative commons license. That way ppl like Wade won't be so trigger-happy with their "audio Death Note".

overall: I hope you get the ultimate chance to appeal your work, and have them return to your stack. Stay strong, DJ-Delinquent, and peace out!
