Removing every song just because one song hardly scrapes copyright, and is contested as to if it actually is scraping copyright at all, why don't you go delete every remixed song on newgrounds, because they didn't get the consent to make that remix.

Sampling IS Hip-Hop and has ALWAYS been a part of hip-hop. It was the reason hip-hop began. If we can't sample in our tracks just for the hell of it (and might I eve add we're NOT even making a profit) why even have the genre up on NG? Many hip-hop artists to it today and even electronic and dubstep music has TONS of samples. Fuck legal issues, Newgrounds is living in the past. PLUS, when you take something and add to it in a creative way it adds a whole 'nother dimension to the music, to classics that people love and enhances it.
Simply put, NG is bullshittin and goes out of their way to tear down the hip-hop community we have here. Sorry Del...I personally think we all need to check ourselves on this site and move on sooner or later though...somehow it's hard to let go though...

Instead of sampling well known copyrighted joints from wherever, you should look within. Grab shit off of NG's AP and make completely knew and amazing beats.
Alot of people feel producers simply tweak a well known beat and ride off the vibe that beat originally gave off when it was popular.
Well spin that shit. grab some unknown beats from NG and show the rest how its really done.

I really like MindChamber's idea. It's what I've been doing. I'm not good by any means, but I've been getting advice, working on improving. The Jazz and Latin portals have a lot of great stuff for my style, and I'm sure there's a lot out there for everyone else as well. We can still start a Hip Hop Revolution here, if we try. I'm definitely down to keep fighting.
