Help me get rid of this Bastard!

DarienAllen has been stealing my and other peoples music on to you tube and claiming it as his own

Mostly from the Anime remixes i have done early this and late last year

so the main target would probly be me unfortunatly

i allready flagged all MY songs that he submitted but the infringment process is not fast enough for me?

any advice from my fellow NewGrounders?

you dont, find there email, probbably under 'contact' some place.

Tell them about your situation, tell them what proof you can provide and they can do as much for you as you do for them (Helping that is..)

good luck proving to youtube, these songs aint stolen, with all those jacked samples. at the very least you should contact the submitter and tell him to link to your page as well as credit the original composers that created the original samples as well.

I've used quite a bit of audio portal music in my youtube videos, but i've always credited the creator. I've actually had a few of the artists comment on the video with their song in it saying that it was a nice video or something. (they always say they found it by a random name search. LOL)

The best thing you can do for the time being is upload all your music to youtube. It sounds pointless but at least your work will be under your name, and hey you might get some more attention while your at it

techniqaly due to the creative commons agreement, you could sue him for false advertisement or som shit but then because a lot of the work is sampled u might not be to sue him cos its not your original work :O..

I just say let him be... judging by the comments people already know it's stolen.

Plus he's breaking the CC license of the Audio Portal, so sooner or later Youtube's gonna take out the audio to his songs, rendering them useless. That's what he gets for stealing.
